For your convenience and save yourself a call — complete the request an appointment form below.

After requesting an appointment online, we will contact you as soon as possible, usually by the next morning. If you have not heard from us after 24 hours, please contact us.

Please note: Appointment with general anesthesia are on Wednesdays and Fridays at 9am and Saturdays at 8am. If you’re requesting an appointment for gyn services, medical abortion, sedation or local anesthesia we can make an appointment for a Tuesday.

Plan on being at our office up to 3 hours for an in-clinic surgical procedure. We take pride in providing you with the best care, so it’s important not to rush you through. You will be monitored by our compassionate staff until we determine you’re ready to be safely discharged.

Park in the back of the building for direct access to suite A-101.
